We currently serve six (6) casseroles every Breakfast, totaling 30 casseroles per week! You are welcome to donate any number of casseroles - you might start with 4-6 casseroles, or as many can fit in your oven. (You might also team up with friends and make a party of it!)
- Pans/Tins: Please use half-sheet casserole pans, either metal or disposable. We will clean and keep any non-disposable pans in our kitchen, and you are welcome to collect them during any Breakfast. We also keep a store of single-use casserole tins in our pantry you are welcome to use.
- Recipes/Ingredients: Protein-heavy casseroles are appreciated (eggs, cheese, meat), as are hash brown/tater tot-based dishes. The occasional sweet casserole is also welcome! There’s no fixed recipe, but here are two that have been passed down through our casserole-baking lineage!
- Labeling: Please cover all pans with a lid or foil, and write on the top what kind of casserole it is (e.g. “Egg and Cheese”).
- Frozen: Please bring your casseroles already frozen, or otherwise from your fridge, as we will store them in our freezers.
- Delivery: Feel free to drop off casseroles anytime during a Breakfast (7:00-9:30am, Mon-Fri).
